Your Satisfaction Matters to Me
At Harrington, I’ve spent decades crafting leather goods with care, purpose and attention to detail.
If your item isn’t quite what you expected, I’ll do everything I can to make it right. Once your order is placed, I begin preparing it right away to ensure timely and careful fulfillment.
Returns
Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return.
After that, I’m no longer able to accept returns or exchanges.
Please note: cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
How to Return:
Email me at info@harringtonleathergoods.com with your order number and a short explanation.
I’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to return your item.
Note:
I do not cover return shipping costs.
All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia.
Refunds
Assessment:
Once your return is received, I’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
You’ll get an email confirmation letting you know if the refund has been approved.
Processing Time:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary
- Reach out to your bank to confirm processing

Exchanges
For Damaged or Defective Items:
If your leather good arrives damaged or defective, I’ll gladly replace it.
Just send me an email with your order details and a photo of the issue — I’ll walk you through the exchange process.
